  • When young Sara Crewe leaves her home in India, she is enrolled in a prestigious boarding school in England, where she is treated like royalty as the wealthy, only child of Captain Ralph Crewe, a prosperous British Army officer and widower. Gifted with intelligence, imagination, and an old soul, Sara enchants those around her with her storytelling.

    When tragedy strikes and her world is turned upside down, Sara finds comfort in reimagining the story of Cinderella—whom she names Rav-ila—set against the vibrant backdrop of her Indian homeland.

    This enchanting blend of two timeless classics weaves a tale of resilience and grace, proving that kindness can shine even through the darkest of trials.
